Our Services
Resolve Disputes Peacefully Through Mediation
We know that the voices of litigants can be often left unheard in Family Law Litigation. Our Mediation service seeks to provide parties with the opportunity to voice their concerns and our AIFLAM accredited Mediator and Principal, George Fajloun, seeks to work alongside parties (not against parties) to not only resolve their family law matter but the underlying conflict.
We welcome parties to attend Mediation with our AIFLAM accredited Mediator and Principal, George Fajloun, independent to any solicitors (immediately following separation and prior to the commencement of any legal proceedings).
We also welcome parties to attend Mediation with their legal representatives. Our Mediation service is available for both Family Law property and parenting matters. We do not offer s60I Certificates.
Our Mediation service is also available for all other legal matters including, Family Provision Claims and Neighbourhood Disputes.
